Found in Manchester's beautiful and historic Corn Exchange, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50

The food took so long to serve that we ended up only being able to eat part of our main as we had tickets for a concert and needed to leave. We had booked the table for 5pm thinking an hour and 45 mins would be enough time to eat. At any other restaurant it would have been, there were not enough staff to cope with the number of tables. The food was average (the little we were able to eat of it). I will definitely not be returning here again.

Very quiet but we were allowed sit outside as there was no disabled access up to the restaurant. Dined to the sound of the cathedral bells lovely meal for my partners birthday 🥳

Well I have been coming to your restaurant quite often and it’s the second time in this branch that I found a black short hair in my meal literally in front of me as soon as the waiter put my bowl down so I don’t know how they could miss it. I asked for all food to come at once however by the time they brought my dish back everyone finish with their meals and I was left behind. I didn’t get any drink or any gesture as apology. Me and my partner wanted to have a drink with our son who is 18 however we were told because he doesn’t have ID on him we can’t buy him a drink so we couldn’t purchase alcohol drink despite it was family meal out. In general staff used to be more attentive and I have to say that I’m disappointed the way we were treated hence we won’t be coming back.

Food, drinks were very nice. However service was extremely slow and restaurant wasn’t full/that busy on Tuesday night.

waiter didn’t write my order down and got it wrong. i had to wait 10 minutes for my food to arrive (correctly) and it arrived cold. the mushrooms in my pho were obviously stale which i wasn’t happy about. the starters were ok. music was wayy too loud. staff seemed nice except initially getting my order wrong, shows the importance of writing down the order.

First time we have ever eaten here and tbe food and service was outstanding. I also have coeliac disease and the entire menu (apart from spring rolls) has been approved by Coeliac UK. Great to be able to eat out and not worry about getting ill. They even had gluten free beer!
