I've eaten at Pho before and found it excellent but last night left a lot to be desired. Took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and an hour for the starters. Main course eventually arrived after being there 2 hours. Cold and tasteless. After looking forward to eating there I can honestly say I wish I'd gone to the chippy.

Excellent for Coeliacs, nearly everything on the menu is gluten free. Service is excellent, portions are large, great value for money.

We came for early doors as Castle Street can get super busy on a Sat night. We've been to both branches of Pho in Liverpool many times, and we are aware that there is "guidance" regarding the amount of time you can stay at your table, but as the restaurant was mostly empty we weren't worried. In the end, as service is generally quick we were in for less than an hour. If only somebody had told the staff. After 50 mins we had finished eating and only had to finish our drinks, however we were asked no less than THREE times if we wanted the bill. Once is enough, twice is rude, three times is "not coming back". Should I give Pho the chance to do it to me again?

Lovely food, service quite slow and we had to remind of a request for water. Toilets are a bit of a trek two floors down. Great food though.

Was really looking forward to my visit to Pho Castle Street on Saturday 13th July. We arrived to find only 3 other tables occupied. We were quickly shown to our table but had to wait ages for a drinks order to be taken then an even longer period of time to actually receive our drinks. It was about 25 minutes after arriving that the drinks arrived. The food order did not fair much better. I’m out opinion she had the pho soup (which we have had several times before and is delicious) but the broth was bland and tasteless even after adding more seasoning to it. The meat in the broth just tasted like it had been boiled in the broth and also contained no flavour. Upon reporting this to the waiter he said that they would remove the service charge despite leaving most of the Pho soup. An overall very disappointing visit which I feel could have been managed better. We, sadly, won’t be returning to Pho. I guess a restaurant is really only as good as the last meal.

All the staff and food were amazing!! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Would definitely go back! 😊🥰

Great service friendly staff with a smile which was lovely to see. Food was delicious will no doubt be back to sample more.

Excellent service. Delicious food and drinks. Staff are all lovely. Especially Owen he’s so passionate about the food and great to help with choosing a dish you’d like. Can’t wait to return.

Waited ages to be seated. Starter wasn’t as good as previous visits. Chased drinks 3 times & finally arrived halfway through our main course with barely an apology.
