Located on Upper Street, a short walk from Angel station, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50

    The restaurant location was easy to get to, two minutes walk from Angel station (Northern line), food was good and the staffs gave a great service. It also very family friendly.

    My partner can not eat Gluten as she is allergic to it which makes dining out difficult but Pho is the place to go, she could have everything but 5 items on the entire menu, and all of it was fresh, tasty and great priced for the size of the meal and for London. Will be going back to Pho whenever we are in London as the restaurant and staff were exceptional.

    Vegan starters of "spring roll" and "Morning glory" w very good no complaints, well made fresh tasting and "morning glory" well seasoned and fragrant yet not over salted, was just right. Others had meat starters and the general consensus was they were good however couple of gripes for some of the wings being over salted ; from feedback on chicken wings I would say they were cooked very well and to everyone's liking bar some inconsistency with the saltiness; I think it would be great if they offered a slightly greater variety with the chicken wings so maybe a choice of the plain salted wings and one or two other flavour profiles. I had a vegan rice dish shiitake and basil wok fried rice which was very good, I enjoyed the dish very much find it hard to point at any obvious improvements, it's quality was definitely above average, I would recommend rice dishes and starters aswell; others in my group had some other fried rice dishes and some of the pho broth dishes; the consensus on the rice dishes were that they were very good although one person on the table felt it was too spicy as they opted for a spicy wok fried rice with the fried egg; so potentially that dish would've been better served with a little bit less spice ironically ;general consensus for others and myself who had the rice dishes were very tasty and had good flavour profile. Three had the pho the wok fried noodle pho,the normal noodle pho with meat and the the normal pho vegan my enjoyment was hampered because I ordered a fairly plain/ basic pho set up I didn't know I was supposed to layer the pho with the condiments on table; if the phos were served with a couple of extra healthy but flavoursome boosters to layer flavour for the more simple phos would be great as I dont think the table condiments would have bridged the gap however the chilli oil on hand and soy, sweet chilli and peanut dipper were great. The waiters and service were very very good. Overall a Genuine 7/10 👍 will be back soon.

    Took a friend who is over from Paris, for Saturday lunch. Table was ready, we sat at the allotted time. Ordered cocktails and starters whilst waiting for one of our party. Everything arrived in good time and delicious. Really enjoyable experience.

    Food was delicious. Service was awful, had to ask for everything. We ordered water. It didn’t arrive. We ordered wine, it didn’t arrive. Food came too quickly which meant we were eating our “starters” with the main. Servers spent most of the time chatting with each other. I paid the service charge but only because I felt bad. Otherwise I wouldn’t have tipped.

    Chose this restaurant for the extensive gluten free menu and we weren’t disappointed. Excellent food, good service and a lovely atmosphere.

    Great service and good food. The papaya salad was a bit bland which is unusual. The table next to us was very loud, we couldn’t actually even have a conversation until the two ladies left.
