Pho Cardiff is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. If you're unable to dine-in, you can click & collect your order, or find us on Deliveroo. We look forward to welcoming you!

Beef brisket noodles were good, the steak and garlic noodles were awful. The pork spring roll were lovely however. The service was okay but after finishing our food it took 20+ minutes to get recognised that we had finaihed and due to be seated in a far away corner couldn’t flag any staff members down. Also upon arriving the heating was on in the restaurant which is bizarre when it was 20+ degrees outside so was far too warm. Won’t be coming back unless the food was free.

Think we got a bit forgotten at times - called for dishes to be taken away and a dessert menu - finally asked by three different staff for our dessert choice ;)

Pho Cardiff was great. The staff are incredible! So friendly, so efficient. The food was super delicious. We were a party of 4. We had 2 x Classic Chicken curries, 1 x vermicelli noodles with spring roll and 1 x wok fried noodles with beef. The wok fried noodles was quite a small portion compared the rest of the dishes and didn’t have the Wok fried element at all, plus the beef was very tough and not a lot of it, but we just went with it as it was very busy, the food was lush and the staff were wonderful. We had a great time (would have lingered much longer if there were more choice of desserts on the menu rather than just ice cream) Thankyou to all the staff Saturday night :)

We had 3 starters, chicken wings,pork balls & spring rolls which was very nice. Main dish was Beef Vermicelli rice noodles, disappointed with this dish, not much flavour.

I have been to pho in Cardiff before and I have really enjoyed the quality of the food and service. However on this occasion it was very poor. 1. The food order was incorrect after waiting approximately 30 minutes for the food to arrive. 2 of the 4 dishes we received were wrong. They took the dishes back and so 2 of us ate whilst we waited a further 20 mins for the 2 other dishes to arrive. 2. The pho was tepid and lacked depth of flavour. 3. The accompanying veg to add to the pho usually consists of pack choice, fresh chilli's, beansprouts ETC was terrible quality it was not fresh there were no fresh chilli's and the beansprouts looked brown and soggy not crunchy. 4. The crab meat bisque has hardly was not packed with flavour as expected there was no seafood and I recall 1 loan piece of beef floating around in what can only be described as a bowl of red waster. 5. The meal was overpriced and expensive for poor quality food and service, Very very disappointed and will not return

Went for my graduation lunch before my ceremony. When we arrived there was a bit of confusion with the table I had booked and the staff seemed to be a bit annoyed about that. Apparently the system had booked us in for the day before I booked which was wrong. Then.. it just went downhill Sat down and the staff seemed really pushy as we got asked for our food order three times by three different waiters 🤦‍♂️ clearly a lack of communication between staff. Then, when the food came a waiter tipped the pho curry soup onto the table which very nearly went all over my dads smart white shirt. Some did go on his suit jacket and trousers and all over his sunglasses. Then, after that you'd think that the waiter would be apologetic as we're all dressed in suits and dresses and she kind of just laughed it off. Then, after the meal a different waiter knocked my dads sunglasses off the table which landed on the ground and scratched. So the food was decent but the service was very poor and tainted our visit. Disappointing on a very special day.
