Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50.

I have been to Pho many times, in groups, with partners and even sometimes on my own for a quick lunch pick me up. I love the fragrance of the food, the freshness and the amount of options there are. On this occasion there was a group of 11 of us for my birthday meal on a Friday evening. We got sat down very quickly (good job for pre-booking), and the staff were incredibly lovely to take the birthday cake away and put candles on it for later :) The cocktails were absolutely delicious and everyone was having a great time - a total buzz! The one tiny / slight thing to feedback on is that service was quite slow. The staff were run off their feet, it was Friday in Brighton and the weather had been phenomenally lush so the place was packed. However, I did have to pop out and go next door to where I had another event booking and ask them to push it back by 30 minutes as the service in Pho was taking a while. Other than that, it was a truly wonderful evening.

I love this place for the atmosphere and vibe. The service is very good and the staff really friendly.

Having coeliac disease i can safely eat here, it caters for everyone vegan and vegetarian, the food and service never disappoints, full of flavour and we leave well fed!

Great food as always! We had the spicy green tofu bowl and the ca-ri bowl and both were amazingly good.

Pho produces consistently good food. The service is always good to excellent. The menu is also good value. We were a large party but still got food together with attentive follow up service if we needed anything else.

1st time trying PHO. Very disappointed and wouldn’t visit again. The restaurant was extremely quiet, however the service was so slow and food quality poor. I cannot fault the service. The chap that looked after us was so helpful, friendly and polite. And the manager was also helpful as I gave my feedback to him. The restaurant looks amazing on instagram, the food also looks amazing. But ours did not resemble these pictures. It was my Birthday and I was so looking forward to trying somewhere new. Very very disappointed.

My wife and I have been before,so we knew what to expect. This time we went with some friends and like us,they loved the food and thought the service was very good as well.

Pho in Brighton is a reliable stalwart and works well both for family meals and work dinners as a group. Really good value and the food is dependable. Not quiet and not particularly romantic or special in ambience!
