Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50.

Great place if you require gluten free food as great care is taken to avoid cross contamination. Recommend the beef brisket curry and the Vietnamese coffee was a delicious end to the meal. Service was friendly and professional.

Great evening! Delicious food and on the ball with allergy information and virtually whole menu except 2items was gluten free! Fantastic!

First time here, my friend who I was with recommended,. Dog friendly as my friend brought his dog along, really friendly staff, food was DEVINE! Really great experience :-)

Great service. Food was lovely ! Pho bowls are very filling but healthy and delicious. H great place to take family for casual dining experience.

I have been to Pho many times, in groups, with partners and even sometimes on my own for a quick lunch pick me up. I love the fragrance of the food, the freshness and the amount of options there are. On this occasion there was a group of 11 of us for my birthday meal on a Friday evening. We got sat down very quickly (good job for pre-booking), and the staff were incredibly lovely to take the birthday cake away and put candles on it for later :) The cocktails were absolutely delicious and everyone was having a great time - a total buzz! The one tiny / slight thing to feedback on is that service was quite slow. The staff were run off their feet, it was Friday in Brighton and the weather had been phenomenally lush so the place was packed. However, I did have to pop out and go next door to where I had another event booking and ask them to push it back by 30 minutes as the service in Pho was taking a while. Other than that, it was a truly wonderful evening.
