Rosie was a super accommodating and helpful server, kindly allowing us to move to a more suitable table and also was especially helpful supporting me navigating my food allergies. Thanks Rosie!

Took a long time to order and then even longer to get drinks. We didn’t even receive our whole order but were billed for it. Took 30 mins to get the bill, and even longer to get it sorted - I ended up getting up and going to the bar to talk to someone. Food was good, service terrible. The waiters went out of their way to ignore you and made sure not to make eye contact so they didn’t have to come over (especially the young males).

Delicious food — as always. Let down somewhat by the service and atmosphere. Not the usual and expected “Pho” standard experienced at other branches e.g. Kingston/Wimbledon/Brighton.

The food is amazing, especially the pork spring rolls and the classic chicken curry. Very busy and loud but probably because the food is so good!

I go here 3-4 times a week I just love it. I have taken so many people there too and they also love the food. The only thing is one has to book sometimes

Delicious food, good service, friendly staff, they went above & beyond singing happy birthday to my daughter & giving her ice cream with a candle. Much appreciated

Me and my siblings enjoyed the food as always, but we adored the service from the staff, specifically from the two young waitresses! One had wonderful banter with my sister, whilst the other was quite empathetic when noticing our second round of drinks took too long to be delivered. So much so that she gave it to us for free! Overall, 10/10!

Poor service, poor food quality (curry is one of my favourite ever and it was extra salty). Plates for starters and main were dirty. We had to call the waiters to be served. This chain used to have standards! Seems like it all went down the drain.
