Great food, but the service was really bad. The waiter was really nice but we were not tended to in comparison to other tables that came much later. It took up 30 minutes to get a drink, and then 30 minutes after that to order food. The waiter also spilled half of my cocktail on my friends lap and only offered a small napkin, no apologies or offer to get a new drink. I also was charged for that drink that was spilled. Overall the food was good but not good enough to go back again, especially with the poor service I experienced.

This is not only the best restaurant on the Wharf, but one of the best restaurants in DC.

Went for the lobster and crab. Amazing. Also got the Peking duck which was incredible.

Daniel was our server at the Wharf Dc location and our experience was ABOVE and BEYOND! Daniel was so attentive and even replaced a menu he noticed was slightly dirty. His service was so good and welcoming and he made our birthday experience 10/10 can’t wait to return!

Peking duck was outstanding, that’s about it… Everything else on the menu left to be desired. The staff were very inattentive and our server was uncomfortably sarcastic with us when we asked for simple requests like water… The bussing staff took over 20 min to clear empty plates off our table and the tables around us took basically the entire time to get cleaned off. The restaurant was not very busy, but at least other sections looked like their server was paying attention to them. We came for our anniversary dinner and were very disappointed to say the least.

Second time at this location - this time for a birthday celebration. Settled in to a nice table with a VERY nice bottle of champagne. Ordered our duck extravaganza - spring rolls, duck salad and Peking duck. Food was wonderful as always. Hostess sat a couple next to us who were both on their cell speaker phones at full volume. Everyone around us noticed and were clearly angered. It was impossible to have a conversation - it was that loud. The last time we ate there - the same thing happened. We were in their back room (which is smaller) and 4 different people were face-timing at full volume. I’m done! If the management thinks so little of the enjoyment of ALL their patrons, I can take my money elsewhere.
