PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown has transformed into "Dream in Lemons,” an all-season rooftop bar bursting with over 20,000 lemons. Join us for after-work drinks, happy hour, and feel like your on vacation all summer long right in the heart of NYC.

Located in the heart of NYC at the top of Dream Hotel Midtown, PHD Terrace is an all-season rooftop oasis perfect for after-work drinks, weekend revelry and private events.

Experience our new rooftop happy hour every Tuesday – Friday from 5PM-7PM featuring $7 bites, $8 beers, $9 wines, and $10 mixed drinks and $15 Spritzes.

This was a nice spot in NYC. A small street which is very busy. They had the lady in front to check you in and she was friendly. The staff was very friendly. The theme was all lemons. This was very interesting but pretty for the summer. Great views of the city. The food was delish especially the filet mignon skewers. They have inside and outside bar. The food and staff was great. In my opinion…the drinks were watered down. My lemon drop tasted like lemonade. I didn’t return it. There was on liquor to be found in the drink. Will I visit this place again? YES…a great spot on a Sunday night to have fun and relax with friends,

Beautiful ambience and views. Food came out quick and was delicious. I had the crab cake sliders, fries and chicken quesadilla. Was delish and filling. The summer lemon cocktail was delicious. Overall great experience!

The best rooftop in NYC. The ambiance, the music, the food, the service were exactly what we were looking for! Loved the place!! Highly recommended! 🍋

This place only has bar menu, and the staff are very particular about where a reserved table is even if there are plenty of open tables. Most seats you can’t really look out at the city unless you twist your necks backwards. They missed one of two food orders we placed, and didn’t really apologize. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I believe this is a trendy place but as opposed to other trendy places it had all I expected - great view from this cozy rooftop terrace, nice list of drinks that were prepared well, good small plates choices and what was critical for me -- area with a low level of noise :) My coworkers and I had a great time, could easily converse, and it did not cost a fortune.

Overated for a bit off a roof top bar , on arrival asked for ID off security, im 57 what's that about , went to celebrate my son's 21st birthday even even he said I've been better,drinks average for a primian price , sorry could go on about the place but good luck won't be returning again

Food was good. We wanted to order more to-go but apparently they don’t offer take out. Bummer. Our server was also not personable at all. Loud and energetic vibes.

Wonderful rooftop bar--had a small graduation party, and had made the reservations a month in advance. We got the best corner in the house as far as I'm concerned. Open top, right by the bar, with a wonderful golden sunset hitting the adjacent buildings. Beef skewers were the highlight, beef sliders were wonderful. If the pizza wasn't exactly pizza, it was DE-licious, and the fish tacos were top-notch! Fries!! Get the fries!! They were out of the empanadas, and the Thai wraps--bummer. We had a couple of pitchers of mixed drinks, and ordered a couple cocktails. My husband loved his Old Fashioned (and he's had a few!), and the Espresso martinis were yummy!! Service was super attentive!! At the end, a little pushy, but I get it! We enjoyed two wonderful hours there. Definitely recommend!!
