Ok, just a small disclosure here. According to PF Changs, they do not honor Open Table for reservations. Luckily, it was a slow night, and they were able to accommodate all 8 of us. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive. The food was delicious. Appetizers were on par for the size of our party. We had 2 orders of the chicken lettuce wraps. And everyone order their own dish.

The Chef’s Feast was very reasonably priced that allows me to consider returning while the offer is still available.

It’s been a few years since we have been to PF Chang’s and we were pleasantly surprised that the food is still as good as we remembered! Definitely coming back again!

Accepted my reservation for 11:15 but when we got there the door was locked & an employee came to the door and said they wouldn't open until 12 or 1 pm. Why accept a reservation?

We arrived and they did not have our OpenTable reservation. The manager on duty immediately stepped in after I voiced our disappointment and made our dinner very very special. We got a complementary appetizer and dessert and the special occasion we were celebrating was also celebrated. The server was excellent and quite frankly had it not been for the manager, stepping in, I am not sure we would come back anytime soon. Now we plan to come back frequently! Thanks again P.F. Chang’s The Woodlands for a great evening and dinner!

Our guy server was excellent but seating issues to start was terrible. The table we were given was in far side with sun so shades were down. Naomi from front desk had an attitude when we requested another seat. Apparently said there were no servers for the table we requested. We did not feel welcome to dine there. Overall, the experience would have been perfect if not for the seating issue.

Restaurant was very dirty under tables and food on the floor and in booths. Service and food was great cleanliness will keep me from coming back
