I can honestly say that we are fans of P.F. Chang’s … up until this visit. We were met by a waiter who I don’t think was a nasty guy, but his lack of personality made it come off that way, and that’s not such a big deal except for the fact his service wasn’t great either. The food came rather scattershot, which may have been the kitchen’s fault and not his, but he was very slow to refill drinks, never even asked me if I wanted a second drink from the bar, and was almost seemingly angry when he would take plates away or put them down less than gently. He was slow to bring us a second portion of sauces and drinks, for example, never asked us if we wanted any dessert, and then seemed to disappear when we were ready to get a check, so we actually had to go to the manager and ask for it. My wife got the mandarin salad, which she has ordered and enjoyed many times before, but this time the chicken was tough and needed to be cut with a knife, which they don’t even give you, and even the spicing and lettuce on the salad was not great - not what it used to be. I mentioned the tough chicken to the waiter, and I think he replied something like “Oh. OK”, and that was it. No apology, no referring us to the manager, or any of the normal things that might happen if you had a complaint about the food at a restaurant where you pay good money. And the restaurant was only about half full. I wouldn’t say we’re never gonna go back, but will certainly think twice before we do.

Menu has change. The portion of the entree is very small and seems that they count the amount of beef or shrimp that they put in the Chinese rice or in the pepper stake. Very dissapointed!!!!

Service was horrible. Took almost 15 just to have someone come to the table. Then everything after that was very slow. And the place was not packed

We haven’t been here in a long time since we’ve moved out of Winter Park, but I was craving the crispy honey shrimp, and it was better than I remembered. Still consistent and excellent.

Food was delicious as always. Only issue we had that night was they were preparing seating for a large party and they dragged the chairs and it made a lot of noise. I thought they could have simply picked up the chairs instead of disturbing the diners that were seated in the area.
