When we got there they told us we didn’t have a reservation. For some reason they don’t get open table reservations on the weekends & we should have called the restaurant. I won’t use open table ever again. They were able to give us a table luckily but we were embarrassed because our guests arrived first & there was no reservation. Never using open table again.

Prices here have gone up - food is okay, but I wouldn’t eat here if I wasn’t in the mall. $14 for the same gyoza that are about 1/2 the price at my local sushi place. Not really worth it.

P.F. Chang's never disappoints...Food, food choices, atmosphere and service are wonderful. The only drawback was they did have my Open Table reservation. We're luck it wasn't crowded.

Great, friendly service by our waitress Connie. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Add a few extra minutes if you are not familiar with the Westchester Mall, since you have to take a specific elevator to get to the restaurant, but once you do, it’s worth it.
