We went for our son’s 30 th birthday-we ate at bar to get the Happy Hour prices-all the food and drinks were amazing-we will definitely come here again!!

The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 5 pm... Not sure why we had to be seated all the way back of the restaurant. I noticed that others were also being placed in the back...odd. Our food was delicious. But our food service was rushed.we didn't even start our appetizers when our soup arrived and a few mins later our main course was delivered. We had to ask to have it kept warm 2 times, before we were ready to start the main course. We were never asked if we would like to have more to drink. We had to ask for soy sauce. I remember the days when we got the trio of sauces for our meal and served fried noodles while we waited. We miss the old days

The egg drop soup, pork dumplings and lettuce wraps were excellent. The honey crisp shrimp was also very good. The Mandarin beef was a bit chewy. Our service was professional and excellent,

Surprised that upon arrival, the hostess stated that our reservation was not in their system as they don’t really use Open table. We were seated with no issues. Ordered off special menu, Chicken lettuce wraps were decent. Problem was our entree was served half while we were still enjoying our 1st course, so the runner returned it to the kitchen. Our waitress immediately asked what was wrong with the meal & we explained that we told the runner we preferred to eat our entree after 1st course. But, another runner served our entrees a short time later- poor communication between staff. The food was decent, but our waitress never checked at any time during our meal. She was friendly, but taking our order & delivering the check is the only time we saw her. The restaurant was not busy & I value good service as much as good food. Would I return? Yes, but there are definitely other choices where service is much much better.

Chef special was a good value. We have not been to PFC in a long time. We will be back soon. Very good overall.

We enjoyed a starter of chicken Lettus wraps, which is always delicious and a good start for dinner. Our main course was sweet and sour chicken and a spicy chicken dish. Our meals were served hot and delicious. The staff was warm and friendly we would recommend giving them a try for dinner or lunch.
