Our server was great! I feel the place needs a lifting. It just felt dirty. Food was good. Decided to have dessert. Big mistake! The keylime pie slice was so small it wasn’t worth ordering. Was sharing with my husband and there was no like in it whatsoever! Needless to say, we won’t be back.

We have visited here many times before. This was the WORST experience. We had a confirmed reservation for a table that the hostess would not recognize. We had to sit at the bar, where the counter was dirty and place settimgs were NOT available. They gave us plastic forks and cocktail napkins. The restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed.

Quality of the food/ingredients has gone down and prices gone up. Servers seemed too busy to care, one of our dishes we ordered didn't show up and we had to ask multiple times until it showed up once the rest of us had completed eating.

My friend and I took advantage of PFChang’s 3 course meal for $21.95 for lunch. It was ok. They offer you a choice of soup or salad, a shared appetizer and a chicken/veggie entree. We enjoyed their appetizers and drinks best. The Coconut Mojito and Sangria were good, and chicken lettuce wrap filling was tasty, however the lettuce “wraps” were skimpy. We just added the filling to our salads. We also ordered the crab wontons for a small fee. Very tasty. For our entree choices, we selected sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. Seems the chicken was prepared the same way, crunchy breading and then sautéed in sauce. It was just ok. I prefer the Mongolian Beef (which was an upcharge). My biggest area of concern was neither the food or service it was the restroom. At the end of lunch, after the bill had been paid I decided to head to the restroom. Upon entering, another patron was getting toilet paper from a neighboring stall, her stall was out. We both ended up at the sink together and neither soap dispenser had a drop of soap. This was very concerning as it was about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. It made me wonder if the ladies room had been replenished from the night before and how staff was cleaning their hands. We went into the adjacent single (unisex) bathroom and thankfully it had soap. I waited to speak to a manager and she assured me that the issue would be resolved and said that the restrooms were checked every 15 minutes. It seems hard to fathom that both soap dispensers and the toilet dispenser would be depleted in 15 minutes. I don’t think we’ll be rushing back.

Went to have their Chef’s Special, excellent both for choices & value. Chose to sit at the bar to also take advantage of their $6 Happy Hour drinks, also excellent. Chef’s Special for 2 for about $21 each included 1 Soup & Salad each, 1 shared appetizer & 1 entree each. Was a lot of food & very good. Service st the bar was attentive. Can’t be beat.
