The appetizers were ok, the food was salty, rice was sticky and shrimp taste fishy!! We paid $180 and it was horrible experience for all of us. Sad we were celebrating my daughters birthday with grandma and no one really ate.

We enjoyed a good lunch, the ambient noise was pretty high, background music was louder than expected and not very conducive to having a conversation in a normal voice.

When we signed up to your website to earn points it said on your next visit you get 20 dollars off. I already had 8.36 in my account from the last visit. The discounts are confusing not only for the members but your server as well. I thought we would use the 20 from the last visit and the money on my account. Nope that’s not what happened. We were told to spend 50 for the 20 dollars off but failed to tell us that alcohol on the bill was not included. We eventually got the 20 dollars off but again your promotion is very confusing with so many rules. Make it simpler for the member and your staff to understand all rules.

I would recommend this restaurant for its food. I love the dishes they have and the strong favors. Their service is slow and disjointed. Drinks are slow to arrive and the food comes out in an uncoordinated manner with some people having their food and others waiting. The restaurant is clean but needs a freshening up from a decor standpoint.

Very good experience. Thought the portions were a bit smaller than at other PF Changs, especially on the Mongolian Beef. Food was delicious as always.
