We went with a group for lunch and I ordered my usual favorite, Mongolian beef. I asked for the extra meat option and when my dish arrived; no extra meat. I pointed it out to the waiter and he quickly acknowledged the problem and I received a small bowl with freshly cooked beef. Unfortunately, it had so much fat and grizzle I couldn’t eat it. I took half my meal home and upon closer examination, all of the meat was almost uneatable. Others in our group didn’t have any similar issues and appeared very pleased with their meal but they had different dishes. Not sure if I’d go back but if I did, no more beef dishes!

Excellent food and convenient mall location at Tyson's Galleria in Mclean. The veggie fried rice (no mushrooms), is good and plentiful. The server Tino was charming and efficient.

Soups mediocre-very thin tasteless broth. Lettuce wraps and Crispy shrimp tasty. New Pad Thai very disappointing.

Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day, the service seemed off. My food came out fast, but the quality was poor.

It had been a few years since I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s, and I was surprised at how much the quality of the food had gone down. The crispy green beans were so oily. They were almost in edible. The lettuce wraps came with very little sauce. My dining partner returned the egg drop soup. Overall, the atmosphere was like a cafeteria with bad food.

To start, our reservation was at 7pm, but we were seated at 7:30 and that was because I complained multiple times for being delayed. Otherwise it could have taken longer. Service was mediocre at best and when our server’s assistant brought our meals he had one of them wrong, but kept rudely arguing that it was what we ordered. Our actual server was nice enough to apologize later. The seafood and chicken were grossly overcooked and rubbery in all our meals. Needless to say that all four of us were disappointed with the experience and probably will not go back.
