Soups mediocre-very thin tasteless broth. Lettuce wraps and Crispy shrimp tasty. New Pad Thai very disappointing.

Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day, the service seemed off. My food came out fast, but the quality was poor.

It had been a few years since I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s, and I was surprised at how much the quality of the food had gone down. The crispy green beans were so oily. They were almost in edible. The lettuce wraps came with very little sauce. My dining partner returned the egg drop soup. Overall, the atmosphere was like a cafeteria with bad food.

To start, our reservation was at 7pm, but we were seated at 7:30 and that was because I complained multiple times for being delayed. Otherwise it could have taken longer. Service was mediocre at best and when our server’s assistant brought our meals he had one of them wrong, but kept rudely arguing that it was what we ordered. Our actual server was nice enough to apologize later. The seafood and chicken were grossly overcooked and rubbery in all our meals. Needless to say that all four of us were disappointed with the experience and probably will not go back.

amazing food...timing was good...better than last time xmas eve...maybe they were out of staff..all beef plates were amazing - Mongolian and black pepper...also shrimp dishes were delicious...pepper shrimps honey sweet shrimp and w lobster source..well done

Hair in food. Manager took that portion off the bill. Sat back in the corner beside the restroom. Chicken in the Spicy Chicken was over-cooked and not meaty. It was a very busy weekend day so I will give them a pass. But it’s definitely not the higher end Chinese food that I was introduced to over a decade ago.

PF Chang's has great food in huge portions with gluten-free options. Everything was wonderful until I went to use their rest room. It was a complete and utter mess, and one of the stalls was incorrectly constructed such that the door was wider than the stall. The door simply could not be closed. It's a lovely restaurant in a very high end mall so I don't understand how they can overlook something so basic.

The last two visits to this restaurants, the child's food has been bad, it's just fried, it's not super terrible chicken, nor did the supervisor bother to come to our table to apologize 🤮
