Overall poor experience. Have enjoyed PF Changs in Troy for many years but unfortunately can no longer recommend.

Table was stained and not the cleanest. Food was warm not hot. Service excellent.

The menu has changed … again and not for the better. Sure the lettuce wraps are still there but that’s the last item I recognize. Our server was great. This just is not the same dining experience it used to be. Sadly, based on the menu, there’s not much reason to go back honestly.

Rice was cold and Chang’s spicy chicken had no spice and was cold, but the chef remade the dish and actually brought it out to our table himself. The second batch was hot and very spicy, the way it should be…

Great waiter. Food was very good. We ate at 4:30 on a Wednesday, with outdoor temps at 8degrees, so definitely off-peak! The service was fast and efficient. The food was hot on warm plates. This was a family dinner, 7yr old grandson loved the ribs appetizer. A little pricey, but that’s expected in the area’s most prestigious mall. We’ll be back.

We came to celebrate my Dads 65th Birthday and we were very happy leaving. This is one of my Dads favorite restaurants so it was important to us that this time dining there would be a little more special than the norm. The restaurant was very accommodating and put us in the big corner booth we requested. We brought candles with us for dessert and they were kind enough to put them in ahead of time so that dessert came out with an extra surprise. Overall great experience per usual.
