Disappointing experience all around. Upon entering everything was sticky— the tile floor, the carpet, the tables, the seating and even my children were grossed out. I told them to hang in there since the food would be good, but it turned out otherwise. The hosts and servers were all nice, but the service was just painfully slow— from drinks to appetizers to main courses. The food quality was the biggest disappointment. We ate some out of sheer hunger and we skipped dessert— typically a favorite. We took the leftovers and handed them to a homeless man at the nearest intersection because we did not want it to be a total waste— and that, at least made us feel good about the experience. Ultimately, this location— and PF Chang’s brand overall— has been falling from grace for a long time and needs major overhaul to bring it back to its former self.

1- Chairs were extremely dirty with food. I requested them to be cleaned. 2- Food quality has gone down hill. Ribs were dry and very hard to chew. Both the white and a brown rice were very dry. The mangolian beef needed more sauce . The honey chicken needed more sauce. Both were requested and waitress provided. 3 - Pear Mojitos drink was all ice. In the end we were provided to sides of lomein to make up for the 2 rice that were not eaten. Service was good. Our waitress was tentative to our needs as she could. Been coming to this locations for over 15 years. This could be a little better. But everything else was fine. Clean restrooms and good service

My only issue was that I made a reservation for 4:30pm, but wasn’t seated until 5:00pm and the ladies room was filthy.

Surprisingly the restaurant was mostly empty on a Friday at 8:00pm, which initially was a “red flag”. However, the food was excellent and so was the service. We had lettuce wraps, edamame, Mongolian beef and S&P Prawns, all was cooked to perfection.

Their host said that I should have done my reservation around 3pm for the restaurant to honor my reservation. He said their system is not connected to open table.

It wasn't the best experience compare to the one in Daytona i always go to. First we had reservations and they sat people that got there after us. then when we ordered drinks old fashion too much ice, had two more rounds asked for less ice still git a bucket of ice. Appetizers order missing one item with the order, never got made waiter apologized. Order pineapple fried rice and they brought us white rice with pineapple. Presentation of the food compare to other pf changs was way off. they gave us a credit on the bill which is nice gesture but i would have rather paid my full bill and get the full experience.

The place is dirty. The drinks didn’t come out for about 20+ minutes they are understaffed. The waiter was overwhelmed. He couldn’t weigh our table right away. The waiter was the only good thing in that place. I’m sure the people working there are very nice, but they are understaffed. The place is dirty. The food is so so, in comparison to other P.F. Chang’s, this would get an F

It’s been a long time since we at at this location. We got sat on a dirty table. My husband sat at table while I went to use the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely dirty and disgusting as well as marijuana order coming from the men’s bathroom. As I walked by the kitchen to go to my table i noticed the kitchen floor was all wet and the employees were just standing around chatting and laughing. Restaurant looks dirty and dated. We simply got up from our table and left. I will never go there again!
