First of all service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Then all my food came out just warm so after a few bites it was cold. I tried the new teriyaki beef and most of the beef was tough and chewy and most of the small pineapple cubes were hard as a rock! They hurt my teeth when I tried to eat them! So this was a very disappointing meal!! I did take pictures of some of the tough meat and hard pineapple cubes that I spit out. So I didn’t eat too much!

We've had dinner here several times as a family. This may be our last. The service was horrendous. Honestly saw our waitress a total of 3 times (one of which was bringing our check). Forgot to bring drinks, totally forgot one. Upon asking another server about his missing drink, his response 'I don't know anything about your ice tea." So my son said, 'could you please check on that for me?) This was after waiting for 30 min. The waitress was unattentive, never came around to ask us how our meals were, if we wanted refills or a second glasses of wine. We're fairly easy to please and don't have high expectations to be waited on, but the service was that bad.

The food at this PF Chang’s was not great. The fried rice was tasteless and cold.

Something has definitely changed here - waited 40 minutes for the appetizer and another 40 minutes for the entree. Only 2 servers covering the whole restaurant and only 6 people in the place! Suspect there was just 1 single cook in the kitchen.

Open Table was a horrible experience, as trying to make a reservation using points would not let me even find the restaurant, then once I called the restaurant it started to work. Was making a reservation for 31 JAN 24, but the Open Table System ran it as 07 FEB 24, and the restaurant was seeing the same thing as I was. Tried to modify the reservation, but it would only let me do the time, so the restaurant held us a spot, and once we got there, and the modifications had not gone through, we made a new reservation, without using points, and that worked. Tried to use the Gift Card that Open Table had sent me, and the restaurant tried four times, but it too would not work !!! Great dinner, and impressed by the staff there trying to make it work for us.

Visited this location for my wife's birthday with family the service was slow and portions of food claim to be family style enough for four people and the actual portion was enough for one person. I would not recommend PF Chang's to anyone . I've been to better china bistro restaurants in the Pittsburgh area . The lighting in the restaurant was dark and not pleasing . All other tables were served before ours and we did not receive half our sides of fried rice and we did not receive the rice the rest of the meal .
