PFC used to be one of our "go to's" since our kids were young but as we discovered more restaurants in the area, we have dropped it out of our routine. This was the first time we were back since COVID. The menu appears to have changed and some of our favorite dishes are gone (main one that we loved: Salt & Pepper Prawns). Quality seems to be OK but just different, may be my taste buds have changed in my old age.

Service was awful! The place was dead inside and so was the server’s attitude.

The dining experience was okay, nothing special. My issue was the fact that I made a reservation on open table yet when I got there they did not have my reservation. When they asked if I had done it through open table they informed me that Open Table does not communicate with their reservation system. It sends an email to their manager who has to then verbally tell the hostess to add my reservation. Since I made the reservation earlier that day the manager had not yet informed them of my reservation. Luckily they were able to seat us but it could have been disastrous.

This location was unable to accommodate a hearing impaired guest. The reservation notes reflected this request. Was offered a small table in a high traffic area next to a wait staff station. Instead of taking inventory of next available tables we were dismissed as to this is all we have. Would have definitely waited for a more suitable location. Inexperienced hostess. Very disappointing experience.

Our waiter was horrible. I asked for the chicken dish to be less hot as in spicy and t was not. They brought the wrong soup. He was not friendly at all

Food is always so good to eat. We will be back. We came in 5 min. earlier and they had a good table for all of us. Drinks were outanding too. Thank you.

The service and food were excellent. The food was served hot with little waiting and in the order we wanted it. Our waiter attended to our every need. He made our visit an exceptionally pleasant experience.
