The food was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. We always have a good experience when dining at PF Chang's.

Arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes for our reserved table and left without being seated. It was a busy Sunday but reservation should honored in a timely manner. Good food we dine here often and usually this is not a problem.

This restaurant chain is obviously going through some significant internal changes that are showing up on their menu with favorites of mine that are no longer available like the sea bass, much smaller salmon filet on one of the salads, no more bulgogi steak and other entrees not being like they used to be, ie: meaty comes to mind. And many of the former wait staff are no longer around. All of these changes don't bode well for my future return visits, if any!

It was ok. A lot of confusion at the hostess stand although there were very few people in the restaurant. No greeting, it felt like we were interrupting something more important. Server stretched and never able to ask how our meal was, if we needed anything. Any time we had a request, we had to flag someone down. Wouldn’t go back as there are other restaurants in the area that provide a better experience.

As always we had excellent service and the food was excellent! I am never disappointed and Pf Chang's maintains its high-quality atmosphere and dining experience. It was at 530 on a Saturday evening and was super busy! We had reservations (for 2) so we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. There were lots of larger groups which appeared to be families. I recommend reservations!

This is a nice restaurant with solid, consistent Chinese American foods. I have never had a bad meal here and the services is good. I do, however, feel like I am paying a little bit more for the Americanized experience. Once in a while, that’s exactly what I want

PF Chang’s has a good menu and consistent dishes as a restaurant chain should. The service is usually very good and the food quality is also a plus. They provide also good vegetarian options as well as traditional dishes. There was a mistake in one of the dishes ordered but the staff corrected it promptly and without any other issues. We usually enjoy our outings at this restaurant
