Food was great. Service was slow. We ate st the bar. There was only one bartender. It wasn’t her fault because she was moving the whole time.

Phillip is the best waiter! We try to get seated in his section each time we dine here. He is very friendly and doesn’t miss a thing. It’s very hard to find someone with his standards these days.

Wontons were subpar. Main course, Singapore Noodles were good, Pad Thai was fair. Service was incredibly lacking for a 3pm meal. Will not return.

my wife and I don't normally frequent chain restaurants, but when we dine out, we have always had good experiences with PF Chang's. This evening we took our church pastor out for dinner and conversation, our server and food were fantastic.

Have had better visits. Usually a good time, yesterday we arrive on time, main dinning room area was half occupied. Yet we were seated in the bar area. Do not know why the bar area was chosen since both areas had plenty of seats, no one asked if we mind the bar when there was available seating in the main dining room. Chicken on my Cesar’s salad was over cooked and dry. Service was accommodating and good.

My only criticism of P.F. Chang's is that there are so few non-spicy dishes, and the changes they've made to their menu in the past several years have actually *reduced* that number even further (e.g., I was addicted to the honeydew walnut shrimp with melon, but they took it off the menu during the COVID pandemic -- my server told me that a number of people continue to ask about it). That being said, I chose an item that was not supposed to be very spicy, and the chef apparently as able to leave out whatever ingredient(s) would have made it hot, so I was quite pleased, both with the dish itself, and with the flexibility of the staff. I'd like to come back more frequently -- a more balanced variety of dishes regarding their hot and spicy level would certainly help.
