Unfortunately the service was poor and the food substandard. . The seating hostesses were disinterested and unwelcoming. The poor service continued with the server who was similar. The food was tasteless and when I asked for more sauce to make it more edible I was not offered have it remade instead the waiter went over and chatted to the seating hostess then came back over 5 minutes later to advise there would be a wait. After the sauce arrived he did not come back to check if everything was okay, instead when I had finished he presented me with the check without offering the dessert menu. Wish I had taken my business elsewhere. Come on Waikiki, you rely on tourists and can and should be doing better. I recently went to PF Chang’s at Redondo Beach and everything was superb so this place is not a reflection on the whole chain just Waikiki.

Service was below average. Guy seemed new and very little personality. I had to ask for things that a trained server would know and provide. Meal was fine but need to up the size of rice portion. Rice cost is pennies. But the price for the meal was outrageous.

i had a reservation but i'm not sure it counted for much - pretty sure we just got lumped in with the waiting queue. (waited over 10 min and restaurant not that full) not the best PF Chang i've been to - just okay - but not bad

We loved PF Chang for many years but somehow the quality (taste) of the food has changed quite a lot

Our waiter Jesse was so kind and helpful when deciding what to eat! Being gluten free and low fodmap (avoiding things like onion and garlic) was so easy here with so many options on the menu! Serving sizes are huge, we had enough for dinner the following night as they provided us with takeaway boxes!

We made a reservation through Open Table but on arrival were told they couldn’t find our reservation. I showed them my app with the reservation and they replied “yeah, we’ve been having trouble with open Table tonight.” They then put us on the bottom of the standby list and we weren’t seated until 45 minutes after our reservation.

Server was terrible. Spent 15 mins talking to the table next to us. Didn’t put in appetizer order until we asked about it and it arrived after the main food arrived. Plus the food was lukewarm when it arrived.
