Love this place. Great food and service. The lighting in the restaurant, particularly along the walls, is VERY harsh, so if bright lights bother you, request a more central table or sit in the bar area.

The food at PF Chang’s is always delicious. We always start with the chicken lettuce wraps. The menu is extensive with special menu items added often.

We like the ambiance and service. We ordered different food items. We just loved Padthai and Wagyu steak.

This PF Chang’s is just awful! It used to be really good. Now, it looks run down and dirty. The menu is much smaller than it was. The food we received was undercooked and not good. The fried rice was good. It will be awhile till I try again.

This was not our first time at this PF Chang’s. We have been here before. The hostess did greet us and was nice enough. We had a reservation for a special occasion ‘birthday’. The table was not decorated as in the past for special occasions. They usually put place mats and a birthday card. This was not the case this time around. They didn’t even remember to wish my husband a happy birthday or ask who the special occasion was for. The waiter checked in a few times with us but we had to remind him of what we wanted a couple of times. The food was okay. We ordered the peeking duck egg rolls. They tasted good but were a bit doughy on the inside. The crust felt like that of a beef Wellington. The lobster and shrimp dish we ordered was also from the specialty menu and it was good. The noodles on the outer rim of the dish were either dry or a really crunchy. We have had this dish before and that was not the case on previous occasions. We also ordered the hot and sour soup, that was good as always but had to remind the waiter to bring me a side of brown rice twice. By the time I got it my soup was cold and I had to eat it that way. I also ordered a peach and Bobba refresher, that was really tasty. I am not sure what the waiter was thinking when he saw me, but he made sure to tell me in a hush voice”…we do not do refills for that drink—-“ I was bothered…did I have the appearance like I couldn’t afford my bill? It felt wrong…I replied…”I don’t care…I want it”. This really put me off. The entire experience was not memorable whatsoever.
