   Great ribs, sea bass and salmon dishes very good but tofu was bad. Cut into small squares and deep fried made for a poor dish. Service was excellent

   My parents got there before us and the front desk did not have this reservation. So they put us by the bar. When I arrived I showed it to them and asked to move because we did have the reservation and wanted to be in the main dining room. The girl was very rude and annoyed. She did move us but would not acknowledge me when I thanked her and gave us much attitude. Not the service I would expect. Especially on Christmas Eve.

   Food quality was not up to the standards that other PF Changs were have visited. We had lettuce wraps that were nothing like the usual. The entree of Chicken and broccoli was small and tasteless. The menu stated it was shareable which we did but was just enough for 2 people to have a taste. Very disappointed.

   As always, this location was bustling, but the servers and the ambiance made a welcoming oasis for a dinner together after a long day of shopping. Great meal at PF Chang’s

   Food and table were service. Perplexed why we had to wait for others to be seated when we had a reservation. Felt like they just ignored the fact that we had made a reservation on open table because it was from open table.

   The waiter was great but my wife found a dead bug in her rice and our drinks were watered down, I ordered a double and got a single twice but was charged $40 for those 2 drinks. The manager came over to apologize and he would offer a discount. The discount was $10 dollars on a large bill. The waiter already offered a free appetizer prior to all this issue so I’m not sure what the manager did. This was by far my last time here. There are much better Asian restaurants around.

   When we arrived the restaurant did not have the reservation on their end. I double checked and saw it in the open table app and had the confirmation email. They found us a table but clearly had over seated tables for waitstaff. Half the drinks arrived on time and the others were delayed. The order wasn't taken for over a half hour. The waitress appeared to be doing the best she could but was sat too many tables without any help from other staff or management.

   PF Changs and OpenTable SHOULD NOT have an operating relationship. The hostess says that they cannot honor same-day reservations. So, instead, you book on OpenTable, drive your entire family (children included, of course), to be told that the wait time is 45 minutes to an hour at 730pm. Not cool, because this specific PF location is ALWAYS on OpenTable, showing that they have openings every 15 minutes. Beware before using, you'll meet the same disappointment. PS - this isn't the first time this has happened.

    We ordered the salmon, which was excellent, as well as the sweet and sour chicken (also very good.) The only complaint we had was related to the hostess service. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, when we were the only ones there. We had a reservation and arrived on time. Three young women appeared to be confused, were chatting, and acted as if we were not there. Then, when we were finally taken to a table, it was a table for 2 (we were a group of 3), next to another table for 2 where there was about 8” of space to squeeze in between the table and back of the other diners chair. After we told her that would not work, we were taken to another table by the kitchen door.. There were several other tables that were open, so not quite sure what the problem was. Our waitress was excellent, and the meal was very good. The hostess gals could use a bit of retraining.
