Our waiter was amazing! I think his name is Steven…or I could have just made that up!! But regardless, we always get his booth when we dine. He is engaging, knowledgeable of the menu and customer service is stellar!

It had been a while since my husband and I had eaten there so we decided to go back. Either of us were impressed with the food. I got Orange Chicken and the breading was soggy and not very flavorful. My husband got the sesame chicken. It was OK. The best part of the meal was The Great Wall of Chocolate cake! After spending over $90 with the tip, we probably won’t be going back.

Food and waitress was wonderful. Only issue we have is electricity went off because of storm and they were unprepared. Not one of the battery operated emergency lights came on in the dining room. Kitchen emergency lights did come on. Exit lights were not working. These should be battery operated which should be inspected and batteries replaced immediately. If it were not for phone flashlights it could have been very different. Internet was out so they were unable to print or give receipts. We paid cash so was not a problem for us. If it hadn't been for a great server and very satisfied with food this review would be different.

Went with two friends to celebrate a birthday! The food was outstanding. None of us had been to the restaurant lately, but it was as delicious as I remembered. The service was fantastic. The server brought out dessert at the end for the birthday girl. It was a great start to a lovely evening. ❤️❤️

Unfortunately plans changed due to illness but we ordered to go instead. Food is as very good - however one of the soups wasn’t included in the “To Go” order. It was a very busy day so I take that into account but it’s a little frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.

Way too much money for the small amount of food. We had a reservation and had to wait 25 minutes to get seated. Won’t be back.

I have been a solid PF Changs customer for many years until now. We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday on a Wednesday night. There were 3-4 tables with customers when we arrived. Placed our appetizer order and then the food order. The appetizer order arrived and it was not good at all. So much so we did not finish most of the dish. We informed the waiter we were not happy with the food, and would like it removed from the bill. The waiter notified the manager, and the manager said since we had eaten 3 out of the 5 wontons they would only take off 50%. I’m not sure what the expectation was, to regurgitate what had been eaten to prove our total dislike. This solution did not feel satisfactory to us. So we decided it would be better to cancel our order and go to another restaurant that would appreciate our business. So glad we did, we had a very enjoyable meal at Firebirds. I now understand why PFC was so empty on a Wednesday evening if this is how they threat all their customers.

The menu has been substantially reduced. In a crowded restaurant, the noise level would have been acceptable were it not for the loud music.
