Soup was watered down, to much salt on all entries, and 4 of us all had the runs hours after dinner not feeling well!

Willing to make a dish not on menu. Getting expensive. Changed reward program for 3rd time & not for the better.

Always enjoy an evening at PF Changs... Four of us went this past Saturday night. Busy, had a reservation, but got a table right away. Server was quite busy and appetizers ordered took more time than it should have. Dinners were quite good but again lack of attention to water situation, and checking on any needs was lacking. Appears they are short handed on experienced servers. One has to accept that eating out these day is more expensive and not necessarily better that the "old" days.

Once we got a round booth everything was great!!! Love the new 3 course meal option! Like the old days eating Chinese food out!

Very poor. We were shown to a table that was dirty. They then gave us another table, where we were ignored. When we did get a waiter’s attention, he threw his arms in the air with distemper. The restaurant was quiet but there still weren’t any server’s. The food was vey average and the restaurant empty by 9pm. We chose to go to PF Chang’s to celebrate the last evening of our vacation and left feeling very disappointed!

Despite our reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The two receptionists argued whether or not the reservation was valid. All of our food, bowl of soup, appetizers, and mains was brought to the table at once, which resulted in our having to eat some when it had become cold. This restaurant is not suitable for anyone with a disability as there is no handicapped parking within a reasonable distance. Also, you have to circle the entire building to enter if dropped off at the closest point of the parking lot.
