Waitstaff was excellent. Waited for an hour after our reservation time for our table. There didn’t seem to be any kind of system in place.

We noticed inconsistency in the service, depending upon one’s server. For example our table’s soups were not delivered to our table sitting on a plate, whilst other soup orders at other tables were served with the bowl sitting on a plate. We had requested fresh/hot from the wok teriyaki chicken as one order, but it was served at a tepid temperature. The other food item served, orange chicken was served hot, perhaps indicating the teriyaki had sat, waiting to be delivered until the other order was ready

I was a little disappointed with this dinner. It’s been a while since we’ve eaten here and I remember it being much better. Hugely disappointed in the lettuce wraps, the lettuce was romaine instead of iceberg and it was too small to even wrap the filling. The filling was mediocre and the sauce provided was sparse. Service was okay but our server disappeared on several occasions including bringing us plates for our appetizer. We had to wait while our lettuce wraps sat on the table and then when she came back she had forgotten the plates! The sesame chicken and pot stickers were good but overall there are too many nice restaurants in North Hills to come back here soon.

Made reservations 30 min ahead of time. They would not honor them. They accepted it, yet would not honor them. Would not even count the time when they accepted to count towards getting a table. Really rude. Wasn’t our problem that they accepted the reservation yet they treated us like we were the ones who were wrong. Service was mediocre at best. Had to beg for water refills and clean plates for our entrees as plates were used for appetizers. Not exactly what I wanted for the entree as the sauces would not mix well. Food was what you would expect at Chang’s. Just a people issue this trip.

Our waiter provided the best experience any of us at the table (4) ever had. Generous with his time and service, very friendly without taking up lots of our time, was creative in his recommendations. Really wonderful experience. (p.s. the menu appears to have been shortened and some of our favorites are not there anymore, and you need a gluten free appetizer).

Girls’ happy hour/night out was such fun. We shared the combo lo mein and northern dry rub ribs and it was all delicious!! Add to that, our server, Ron was wonderful! Thank you!
