Whenever I visit my son in the area we go to PFChangs . This will be our last visit. What has happened to this location! Restaurant was cold, food was terrible, and service was slow.It was astonishing to discover that the salads, veggie egg rolls, tofu/veggie fried rice were not vegetarian because of the sauce! how difficult is to have the option for vegetarian salad dressing and dip sauces ?! We did have the veggie fried rice as they said they could accommodate leaving out the oyster sauce , but despite us telling them that the egg was ok as we were not vegan, the egg was left out. Rice was totally bland. Just all in all an awful experience, would not recommend you waste your money here!

Food was ok, bathrooms were dirty and needed badly to be cleaned, food came fast, but server was taking care of too many tables so slow to return.

Food was great as usual. Service was outstanding. We always get the Mongolian Beef and it's our go to dish. We also had the Crispy Honey Shrimp and Chicken Lo Mein. The food is always reliable excellent.

something has changed, food just not the same as it was, wervice not consistent, again wrong dishes brought to table. and food more ' greasy" than usual. this place used to be packed , not now

We have been coming to this location for many years and have gradually noticed that something is just off. The restaurant has many tables left with dishes for a while after customers leave. Timing is just off. We got our appetizers, before our drinks came to the table. Bathrooms are not clean, they are in desperate need of a very deep clean / or refresh. Overall everything just looks not kept up. Ambiance is lacking as your view from the table is pre set take out bags stacked all over the patio for pick up orders coming in. We honestly love the food, but honestly may try another location if we book again. really want this to get better- so I hope someone takes this to heart.

It is a more upscale Asian Restaurant. Food is normally good and consistent. On the negative side They no longer have Pork Fried Rice. Never been to an Asian Restaurant that did not serve this dish. Their Pork Fried rice was wonderful so need to find another restaurant to eat that has the dish.

Our server was very good - polite and responsive. But there is little he can do to improve the quality of the food. I remember years ago, going to P.F. Chang's was a real treat, but now the quality of the food has really gone down. Our party of 3 had all opted for the $19.99 "Feast" (I think that is what it is called), which includes a soup, a shared appetizer, and an entree each. We all got the Sweet and sour soup, and it was honestly, not a very good soup. The lettuce wrap appetizer was passable, but the lettuce leaves they gave were tiny. I personally dislike chicken with sweet sauces. So I had ordered the "Spicy Chicken" for my entree. It was slathered in sweet sauce, and the spiciness was nowhere to be found. I checked with our waiter to see if there had been a mistake, but he said that was the spicy chicken. I could not eat it. Given a choice, I am not going to P.F. Chang's again

Seems the menu was revamped? A welcome change and the addition of the unique cocktails is a nice touch. More than anything I do want to call out our waiter who was so nice, happy, friendly and accommodating! It makes a world of difference. The food was consist and good!

several items did not come out as ordered, fried vs steamed, chicken when beef ordered, beef dish not tender , final bill beyond confusing to understand. Did not apply my "changs cash" this is not the usual result from this restaurant,
