Unfortunately the quality of food went down hill. The service was fair but the restaurant was empty for a reason . So sad it use to be a great place for dinning .

Food quantity an quality has declined, seemed understaffed which delayed time it took to get food when restaurant was not busy.

Pleasantly surprised. Over the last several months we had started to pick other restaurants over PF Changs because we felt the portions were getting smaller and smaller. Last night's dinner changed our minds. The portions were hearty, the food was tasty with some zing and the service was extremely efficient and friendly.

Waiter walked away immediately as we finished ordering and didn’t even bother taking the menus that we were gathering to give him. Didn’t see him again until we were finished eating. No drink refills… nothing. I feel like I spent more time typing this up than he spent at our table…

Food was floating in grease, service was minimal and rarely was asked if we needed more to drink. Manager had to get involved and didn’t really speak to us after complaining about our experience.

Food is excellent, service un compromised and ambiance just right. Great after movie experience. Be sure to reserve on open table, they book up fast!

Had a reservation for 6:45pm and didn’t get seated until 7:20pm, the waiter was not attentive and also put my food order in with spice on it when I did not ask for it.

We arrived before 3:00 PM. The restaurant was pretty quiet with numerous empty tables, many of which had not been bussed. We had to wait for table to be cleaned and then wait for server to take our order. Finally around 3:30 PM. I made my selection from special lunch bowl menu that I had been given only to be told that it was too late to order from that menu. It was kind of frustrating because I had been there before 3:00 PM but was waiting for service. Anyway, we picked from another menu--chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer, Pad Thai and vegetable dish with tofu (I can't remember the name). The lettuce wraps were great and vegetable dish was good but the Pad Thai was disappointing. Well, not the Pad Thai but the added protein (chicken) was dry, overcooked and hard to chew. It reminded me of the turkey from Christmas Vacation. Overall, it was just ok.

All the dishes we had were delicious. However, the "Tempura" shrimp appetizer, though good, did not taste like actual Tempura.
