My daughter really loves PF Chang’s so we go there alot . The service at the Palo Alto location isn’t great most of the time which is frustrating. The meals are pricey so I try to go before 3pm for the lunch specials so I don’t have to feel so bad about spending alot for not great service . It’s fine overall but not recommendation worthy

The waiter was great however the food was terrible. The pepper steak was over cooked and the sauce was tasteless. The chicken rice didn’t have any taste as well. The chili chicken was over cooked as well as the sauce. The only good thing were the string beans! We won’t be going back.😞

We had 7 for Fathers Day dinner. The menus were prompt and we gave a drinks order and appetizers order. They had barely been brought when our waiter asked for the rest of the order. They don’t change plates or clear the table of empty platters unless you ask them. The service was rushed. I don’t think they have enough wait staff. The food was excellent.

DEV a was an amazing waiter. So nice..knowledgeable and polite. I wish we could have him each visit. Bring back the veggie wraps please!!! I’m vegan and my choices are limited. I love them. Maybe also consider making the brussel sprouts with different sauce (maybe the garlic chili sauce) so that too can be vegan option too. Yes I did write to corporate months ago about the veggie lettuce wraps!! Thanks Debbie King

We ended up eating at the bar, and the bartender ignored us the entire evening. She spent more time flirting then pay attention to customers. The manger came over at one point, and also ignored us.

I don’t know what happened to PF, but the food was disgusting. I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken and it was absolutely the most sickening dish I’ve ever eaten. So unbelievably sweet with a watery sauce that drenched the rice too. Awful.

Service was fast on Mother’s Day, much appreciated. Food was delicious! We got the chicken lettuce wraps, combo fried rice, and crispy honey shrimp. So sad they removed the oolong Chilean sea bass from the menu though. That was a family favorite. Great service from our friendly waitress and front desk staff.
