Our server was fantastic, very sweet and attentive. The restaurant itself is very dark and their fabric seating is getting very worn. Maybe that’s why they keep the lights down so much. The food was good, but beef was over cooked in both the beef & broccoli and Mongolian beef dishes. They are located close to work so I’m sure we’ll be back to give it another go.

Teriyaki chicken was a big disappointment. Bland and tasteless- barbecue spare ribs were meaty and very good.

It wasn’t at all busy but it still took awhile to be seated for our reservation. Host seemed rushed and asked if we could all squish into a booth, although there were only a few tables occupied. Server was good, much more congenial than the host. Drinks were slow, server alleged bartender was new. Food was very good. Still felt rushed at the end. Likely would have stayed longer. Went someplace else for dessert.

Been to this restaurant several times and it’s always been just ok. Same experience this time. Not sure if we will go back. Food is just ok.

Over time, PF Changs is declining. Food again was not prepared correctly (tofu left out). Had to wait to get waitress attention, then for the dish to be redone. Came back with tofu, but now no brocolli and tofu was breaded (not supposed to be for this dish). Waitress noticed this, but brought it anyway and appologized it was done wrong, but figured we would want it because we had waited so long. She was right and we accepted it so as not to wait longer. Still charged us for the dish, which I paid, but with the combination of long wait and inconsistant preperation of food, not sure I'll return.

It was really good and will go back. The family all enjoyed their time there as well, and the service was also really good.
