had an amazing pf changs experience all made possible by our server connor… foods always great with excellent variety and flavors - we’ve been to many pf changs over the last 20 years and our server stole the show with his attentive spirit to serve! highly recommend asking for connor jason jarvis

The server was amazing they should get a pay raise and have a statue made of them Outside the restaurant!!

It was very busy and even with a reservation we waited which was fine. Food was fantastic and our server was perfect however the bus boy was horrible. He was extremely angry and slamming his dishes into carrier and broke a glass. He did this throughout our dinner. He slammed his dish carrier so hard on the table he scared the customer next to him and she screamed. He kept throwing dishes into the carrier and was mumbling angrily and finally when we were leaving he took the dish carrier and slammed it down on a table and through a napkin into it and stormed out in front of us towards the parking lot. It made for a very unpleasant experience. And to think we paid hard earned money to eat out at a nice resteraunt and this is what we got.

Check in was terrible. Couldn’t find open table reservation. Then after waiting 20 minutes past our seat time I went to check and I was told “they had been texting me” which wasn’t true. When I asked what number I was told to not worry about it and they would seat me right away, that took another 5 min. Just not what we expect when we eat here.

They don’t respect your reservation, you have to wait hours to get a table, when you get one, the service is so slow, and your food is so mediocre that it does not even worth the time or price
