Drinks took 20 min to be served despite their being less than 6 tables occupied. The salad tasted like it yesterday’s leftovers. here was water on the seats from a leaking pipe? There was a nasty fan in the hallway to the bathroom- which smelled like a porta-potty! What happened to my family’s go to place to eat after a late baseball game? Someone from corporate needs to pay a visit to this location.

Food was very good. Server was very good . I noticed that there were no busboys to come around routinely and quickly to refill water. I felt like I would’ve had 3 more glasses of water had there been a pitcher on table or someone to make eye contact with for more. You’re making servers responsible for too much which puts customers needs in wait.

We went to the PF Changs in Northbrook on June 30th. We had a 6:30 reservation. Not sure what was going on at the restaurant but seemed like a lot of people were waiting for their takout orders. We were seated and told the food was taking a little longer to come out of the kitchen. Our server indicated that it would be about 30 minutes. We decided to stay. We noticed that our server was avoiding walking by our table. 90 minutes later we still didn't have any food. Our server told us that it was going to be another 10 - 15 minutes. Not believing her, we decided to leave. A disappointing and somewhat sureal experience.

There were at least 20 people at the front desk with orders to go. They were yelling at the hostess, which was very frustrating for her and totally understand. However, the woman in charge of seating people, as we had reservations, was not paying any attention to us. Finally, I was able to grab someone else and we received it immediately. We sat down at 6:30 PM and we were served at 8 PM. An hour and a half to be served is unacceptable. We do not blame the waiter for this, but apparently they were so busy and not prepared for the influx of people for take out. I have never seen it this busy before. The waiter at least gave us credit for one of the, main dishes. We left him an extra large tip because it’s not his fault and he worked really hard and very cordial. Usually, it’s never like this so we will be back.

Unfortunately we had to walk out. We were seated for one hour and 15 minutes and we were told the food still had 30 minutes to go so we left.

Took a half hour for a server to come to our table, just to be told our food wouldn’t be ready until 2 hours after we were seated

Floor was dirty and sticky, removed alot of things off the menu I used to like, like chicken or vegi dumplings, pan seared lamb. Felt the restaurant was kinda dirty
