The restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky. Tables left with food everywhere. Just a disaster to start a Saturday night.

The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Floors are dirty and slick to walk on. Bathrooms were dirty.

This is the first time I’ve been to PF Changs since covid. The service was really bad. Took forever to get our order taken. We ordered a few drinks and watched them sit at the bar for at least 10 mins before we got them. The food portions seemed to get much smaller but the prices were more. I guess that’s shrinkflation. This used to be one of my favorite spots to eat. But i don’t know if I’ll be back.

My visit was at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't busy so around this time is a good time to go if you want to enjoy your lunch in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and not feel rushed. My server(Ethan)was excellent. He came to check on me several times to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything. He was attentive but not so much I couldn't enjoy my lunch. My appetizer was the Crab Rangoon(6)and they were delicious. They were fried nice and crispy, the filling was perfect and that sweet & sour sauce on the tray was superb. For an entree, I had the Teriyaki Chicken and it was amazing. They now have smaller individual desserts and I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie. Oh boy. It was so good that I sit back and closed my eyes when I took that first bite. Lol. Overall, my lunch was great. The food was hot, fresh and looked very appealing. This was a very good dining experience, one I hope to repeat soon.

When I arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand to greet me. I waited for a while but finally went into the restaurant and got the attention of a server who was clearing tables. I told him I had a reservation but there was no one out front to seat me. He apologized for my wait and told me the hostess didn't come in. He said he would gladly seat me and be my server as well. My server, Darren, did an excellent job. He was attentive without being intrusive, he was friendly(made eye contact, chatted a little bit and smiled)but still professional. He continued clearing tables and setting the places but kept a watchful eye on me in case I needed something. The food was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, hot and properly seasoned. Portion size was good and appropriately priced. In spite of the not so good beginning, this visit was wonderful and very enjoyable. I earned rewards on this visit and I'm looking forward to going back to use them very soon.

Very understaffed took us a while to get food and drinks and the food was subpar. Don’t think we will be going back

The waiter told us that they were out of a number of appetizers because of a large banquet order earlier in the day. Despite having an early reservation the hostess left us at the bar for 30 minutes explaining that the booth service was understaffed. The cocktails were great. We ran late to a concert downtown.
