Ordered the feast and it was good. Only problem is that the computer would not take my $15 reward. The restaurant made good on it.

Poor service! Over charged, waiter totally miss one person’s order. Had to call in the manager to straighten out the bill!

When I'm greeted and told oh it's going be awhile..we're busy...and I see empty tables I got concerned. So we headed to the bar Bailey made my Cosmo "my way" We ate at the bar ..Bailey was attentive . He had to apologize because of kitchen delays... which was ok as when our app & dinners came out it was super hot and delicious.

We made reservations, but they had no record. Some tables had still dirty dishes. The floors were "sticky". and dirty.

Our server, Sara, was great as was the food. Love the crab wantons, sesame chicken and crispy chicken bowl.

Service was slow and food was marginal. It seemed as if the kitchen was understaffed even though the restaurant was not busy. Manager apologized for delays but after a longer than usual wait the food came out and was not as good as previous visits.

The service was terrible when we got the bill we were with another couple and they screwed up the bill they gave ours for the other couple and the other couples ours and the service guy said oh don’t worry about it. It’s fine. It’s fine. No it’s not fine. He finally took it back to try to fix it and it took three days to fix it on my credit card, the food wasn’t the same as it used to be not hot and not very good

July 4 dined at PF Chang's, ordered the Chinese Feast ($19.79pp) 3 course meal. Soup, shared Chicken lettuce wraps good ... but two entrees ( Chang's Spicy Chicken & Mongolian Beef, our favorite which we always order) were terrible. We asked our server Deborah to order the beef cooked rare. However, entree came out with tiny little pieces of beef over-cooked/dry. Restaurant now cutting beef for dishes into tiny pieces. Prior, Mongolian Beef had decent-sized slices of meat. Because the meat was so overcooked, Manager (Celeste) asked the kitchen to redo the dish. The Executive Chef, Joel, brought it out and said cutting the meat into tiny little pieces is being done against his wishes. Recooked beef dish better. Larger slices, cooked rare. We were so focused on the beef, we did not try the chicken until later and discovered the pieces were mostly batter, not chicken. Is this restaurant is cutting back on the meat so that they can make the $19.79 "Feast price" profitable? When the check arrived, our server Deborah gave us two bills ... one for the meal that was advertised price on the menu ($19.79pp) plus beverage and tax ($54 total) and a second one that listed the original price of each and every item of our meal ( as if we ordered off the regular menu ... which it was not!). That bill came to $90++ and our server had the suggested 25% tip @ $22++ circled. Note: She did not circle the suggested tip on the real bill ($11 tip on a $54 tab). Manager said when customers order the "Feast" @$19.79 pp, some of the servers give two checks and others only one. How does a restaurant offer a specific meal, on a printed menu, priced at $19.79pp and allows its servers to give customers two different checks suggesting gross over-tipping?
