Our waitress was friendly & personable, took our order & requests with care. Food arrived in the proper sequence hot. Our drinks were refilled without prompt. Would recommend this restaurant, especially if you have a large party of dinners.

Food was just ok. Service was insanely slow. Temperature in the dining room was not easily controlled and either freezing or hot.

It was ok. Three servers acknowledged us but it took 20 min to take our drink order. Ordered drinks finally and our food. Appetizers came out but still no drinks. We only ordered soda. They weren’t even bar drinks! The service seemed off. Hoping it was an off night. I did hear a lot of apologizing from the manager to other tables. We were never approached and asked how everything was. Kind of disappointed- haven’t been to PF Changs in a long time. Might be a while before I go back even though the food there is really good.

Soup came out after entre. They gave it to me to take home (at no charge) but I ordered it as an appetizer, not for take out.

The service, food and ambiance were all excellent. I found the sea bass very good , but overpriced at $40

I have not been to PF Changs in years and we were by one so I wanted to go. The menu has totally changed as far as the main entrees. They still have the appetizers that I remember, but the main entree choices were limited. I ordered the Mongolian beef, and I was disappointed. The meat was chewy and there was no seasoning or taste to it. Not what I expected for that type of dish. It was not a good meal.

Enjoyed the food and service here. Some of the decor needs updating or maintenance, like the booth seats, but it’s a minor trouble really. Will definitely come here again.

Host, server, and manager were all very friendly and attentive. We did experience issue with QR code to pay from table. It took numerous attempts to even connect to application I order to pay.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was exceptional! Both the hostess in the server were very kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure to dine at this restaurant.
