After making a reservation and coming at the scheduled time, we had to wait another 45 minutes before being sat. Service was very slow. Very disorganized!

There were a number of ‘improvement opportunities.’ - My 90 year old mother was dining with us and her request for a kids menu was not well received. - We ordered iced tea and she ordered coffee. We had to request a spoon for her coffee and sugar and then had a significant wait to receive the items. - She also asked for salt, and had finished the main entree before she received the salt for her veggies. - I ordered an appetizer as my meal, and it was brought before any other food, including the 2 other appetizers ordered. - A person broke a glass at a nearby table and it took some time for anyone from the restaurant to come to their assistance. The restaurant was not that busy to warrant the lack of attention. Added to that, the food was mediocre at best. We will not be returning.

Food was terrible ! We could not even eat it . Spoke to manager and wasn’t friendly at all ! We love this restaurant unfortunately this particular one was not a good experience at all !

The hostess greeted us and seated us at our reserved time. The server was great. The food was terrific. We enjoy going to PF Chang, we are locals so this is our go to place when we are in the mood for Chinese food.

Horrible service. I was served frozen shrimp and a plate of plain cold noodles. Asked for sauce 3 times and left restaurant in tears because I felt horrible about never having my favorite Chinese food again.

New CEO has changed the menu and taken away the flair that once was PF Chang's - If I wanted everyday Chinese I would just order from my neighborhood restaurant - Our waitress on the other hand was amazing!

Food was excellent! Our server Leon was great. My wife had a few questions on trying something new and Leon was very knowledgeable about the menu and taste.
