We had a couple that had a child who was jumping up and down on the booth next to us. The waitress did not smile and was very quick to the point. They didn’t tell us about any specials, but on our way out, we saw a advertisement for all day every day specials. We would’ve definitely ordered drinks off of that menu and we did order two of the appetizers, but we’re charged full price instead of the $10 that was advertised . Other people were walking at the same time and they had also been overcharged. The food was excellent as always, but the customer service and being overcharged for food was not a good experience

. Tips would be for a later seating very close to closing is to ask for your salad dressing on the side. Egg drop soup was very thick like syrup and had a very funny smell. Don't order the dumplings when eating later (the meat had a funny taste) but do order the egg rolls, they were freshly fried. Vegetables in the teriyaki chicken were fresh and not wilted. The honey chicken was very sweet but more like a corn syrupy sweet. The Mongolian beef had a great taste but some of the pieces of meat were hard on the edges for a flank steak and this was the case also with the chicken (honey and Teriyaki) It seemed that food was prepped or cooked earlier not freshly made. Mind you this was a late evening meal that was the total opposite experience to what we had when we went for an early lunch weeks prior where the food seemed freshly cooked and every piece of chicken was juicy and the salad was not wilted with soggy drenched pieces. The chocolate wall cake tasted good but was dry, almost reminded me of a peppridge farm cake, the icing was tasty - this type of cake should be served with vanilla ice cream. Cheesecake was good and was served with some fresh blueberries and a couple of old blueberries. We suggest you eat here earlier in the evening definitely not later.

Espresso martinis we’re not good. They were made with instant espresso, coffee. Spring rolls tasted like dirt. Bring back the calamari and eggplant.

Our food was, as usual here, very tasty. The service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Front desk could not find reservation Then found it under Open table Waited over 30 minutes She said my reservation got lost again And had to wait another 15 minutes to get seated 45 minutes after my reservation time

Food was very good. I especially like the lettuce wrap. They were having a busy Sunday night, but the service was still well above average. The ambience was muted and not intrusive. We have been going to this Chang's for years, and have always had a good experience. We will certainly be back.

Stay away from the string bean appetizer. They were so overcooked and soggy that all the breading fell off. Food mediocre. Find an authentic Chinese food restaurant near by and save bucks and get decent food.

This location has issues with getting reservations from Open Table. This is the second time that we booked through Open Table for this restaurant and both times that did not have our reservation. Luckily this time the host was able to seat us with out a long wait.
