Not the PF CHANGS of the past. The portions of the items I’ve always ordered were about half what they used to be. The steak in the Mongolian beef was cut into funny pieces and retained very little of the sweet sticky flavor they’re supposed to have. The dish was covered in green onion stalks. The Chang’s chicken pieces were tiny and didn’t have the pungent flavor that made the dish famous. The brown rice was the type of rice you’d use to make rice pudding. The waitress was very sweet & kept our drinks refilled. It was my birthday but wasn’t allowed to use my free full sized desert coupon bc the very rude manager said it wasn’t allowed. She argued that she couldn’t allow it bc it was, “above her pay grade”. The place was less than half full on a Saturday evening at 7pm. I sense trouble coming for them to remain in business sadly.

Portion sizes continue to shrink, especially the chicken pieces in dishes. Service was very good. Always enjoy the Brussel sprouts.

Everything was tasty and perfectly cooked. Great service. Predictably good, we’ve never had a bad meal here.

Boy, I used to like PF Changs but they seem to have gone downhill. We remembered liking the lettuce wraps but they were absolutely flavorless. The veggie spring roll was weak and hardly filled with anything. Our orange chicken was too breaded and just okay. The service was mediocre. The margarita was too sugary. The restaurant was too loud and dirty/sticky. We are realizing chain restaurants are not our thing anymore.

Delicious food and great service. But the restaurant was very loud and we were seated very close to other people. We could have easily had a conversation with everyone around us if not for the noisy restaurant as a whole.

Our best experience to date, Derick was an excellent server who made our experience memorable. When a dish came out a bit too spicy he gladly replaced with a more palatable one, no questions asked. Super friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service, good food, moderate portion sizes, could have been larger for the price. Did not honor our table request, disappointing.

Making a reservation made no difference at all. People coming in at the same time we’re told that the wait time was 30 minutes. We waited for over 40 minutes to be seated. Many people were sat before us. The hostess said they were waiting for a particular table to leave. What a mess! The restaurant was very noisy. I couldn’t hear anyone at my table. Not a great experience at all.

Brock, our server, rocked. Hot and sour soup was suggested to be served in a bowl rather than 2 individual cups. Gave us more for less $$$. Wine and cocktails were a good value.
