I ordered hot and sour soup which was served lukewarm and had to be sent back for reheating, then the coating on my crispy honey shrimp entree was literally gooey. 😢 I ended up just removing the coating and eating some of the shrimp, but left over 1/2 uneaten on my plate. My husband’s salad and sesame chicken were excellent. Our server was very polite and apologetic about the food prep.

This was an out of town visit and we chose PF Chang’s knowing their food and standards. This was our first time with the new menu and what we had was up to their standards.

This was the first time I've ordered something that I truly didn't like. I mentioned it to the waitress, and almost instantly, the manager came over and said, "What else can we prepare for you?" They quickly and friendly brought me something else, and it was fantastic! Great service, very professional, totally satisfied!

Used to love their menu when it was unique — Wok Seared Lamb and other dishes you could not find anywhere else. Now it’s basically the run-of-the-mill Chinese take-out items at dine-in prices.

Disappointed to learn they had gotten rid of their best dish on the menu. It was the sole reason we had chosen to eat here. Also they were out of their decaffeinated peach tea.

Great service relaxing atmosphere. Waiter was very helpful but not annoying . We weren’t rushed .

Great service and food! There's a new music selection which just doesn't match the typical ambiance (and volume.) I'm hoping that was just temporary...

Changs needs to make some changes to their menu.Unless you order a vegetarian meal,you can’t find a protein that comes with vegetables.Most dishes are breaded and fried.Time to make some healthier choices before I will return.

We originally got seated in the restaurant area. We sat there for Approx. 10-15 minutes with no server contact. Finally we got up and went to the bar area where Dana waited on us right away. She was fabulous! This is the 2nd time that we have gotten seated in the restaurant area and have had a bad experience. My suggestion would be to sit at the bar where there is actually service and your not ignored. Also, bathroom was a mess.
