Once a unique, exciting and trendy dining experience, this place is now the Applebees of Chinese food. It’s still decent but definitely lacking the fun vibe it used to have. The fact the place was at about 10% capacity at 7PM says a lot of diners agree. There is just nothing unique about it anymore.

Not bad but P.F. Chang’s used to be special. It has become ordinary IMHO.

Very good for dinner, but the service was a little slow as our server was also a bartender. If you want to come here for drinks I would recommend it but not really for a dinner date.

The food and ambience sure has suffered over the past few years. They used to have interesting Asian dishes but most of their really good items are gone replaced with run of the mill Americanized Chinese food.

They removed my favorite Shrimp and lobster sauce from the menu. The spicy chicken was not spicy. There were no straws in the restaurant. Marginal meal.

Seats were dirty when we arrived, food quality was not good and the description of the food was totally different than when it arrived at our table. In addition to not tasting good. This was the case for 3 of the 4 plates

We’ve been to PF Changs so many many times and have had fantastic food and service. Our server was good, the restaurant was not busy at all. Not sure what happened with the kitchen but our food was delivered almost cold, the broccoli in the beef and broccoli was very under cooked. It’s usually a bit firm, but this was barely warmed at all. Our honey crisp shrimp was almost cold, since it’s wok fried, cold means very greasy tasting when eaten. We waited a very long time for our food to come, while those who were sat after us received their food before us. We were a group of 6, so not that large. One order was served as chicken, when a beef was ordered. The manager took this off the bill. Over all it felt like the quality of the food has gone down several levels. With the economy the way it is, maybe they are buying less expensive items, yet each of our meals were $30-$40 each for an unsatisfactory lunch. The chicken lunch salad was flavorless, we added some of the lettuce wrap chicken to the salad, it didn’t help the flavor at all. After the meal, and after we all paid, I expressed our feelings to the manager. I said I’m not looking for anything, and I don’t feel this is a managers fault. I’m hoping the higher ups are told so maybe some quality, or care of cooking the food items could improve. We want to go back, but this literally left a bad taste in our mouths. Sorry P.F. Chang’s, but we know you’re so much better than this.

A little disappointing we had the lunch specials. The portions were small and the Mongolian beef was very tough. Not the food quality I am used to with PF Changs. Service was very good!

We love P.F. Changs and do not have one anywhere near where we live, so we try and go when there is one near our Hotel on arrival night when we travel. This one is the worst we've been to in the US. Poor service, food not at all up to standard. Skip it.
