P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok™ food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using wholesome, fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Had a delicious meal with friends. The staff was friendly and the food was served at a great time. I would definitely return.

Our table was ready right away (I hate waiting for a table when I have made a reservation!), there was a 3-course special for couples, the service was great, food was yummy! A great dinner!

Food not as good as it used to be. Changed the sauce on tofu lettuce wraps. The honey chicken was very dry.

P.F. Chang’s has gone totally corporate profits and have changed their whole way. the food was worse than Panda. shockingly expensive. The crab wontons are no longer crab, they are cream cheese with a touch of something fake. The entrees were so covered in sauce you could not see or taste any meat. Terrible quality! The lunch menu used to be a great value, now it is a joke. Even the wait staff was so sub-par. Good luck staying open, will not return…ever.

PF Changs has consistently good food and ambiance. They were very busy when we were there-actually nice to see!!

Food and service was excellent. However, the table tops are sticky and need refinishing badly. We got flea bites as well. I recommend bringing a table cloth and wear long pants. My friends won’t go there, so we will head to PF Chang’s restaurant in Fashion Island. Much better. Again, the food, service and staff were outstanding . The place needs a little TLC and it will be a destination again.

Terriyaki chicken did not taste like authentic terriyaki chicken which was very disappointing. Who wants chicken fried?
