They sent out the wrong order. When the right order came it was cold. Waited for it to get reheated and it was still cold :/

The waiter seem to hurry us to turn the table even though it was early and the restaurant had very few customers.

Food was not the norm out of PF Changs. It was totally different sweet n sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Just was not good food at all. I gave eaten at PF. Hangs for years and this was worst. It just was terrible. We were so disappointed. We wondered if they changed their food or if this restaurant just prepared it terribly. It was not goo

We waited for over an hour after our reservation time and never got seated. We finally left without eating.

We were in town for a conference and made an appropriate reservation ahead of time knowing we had a finite period of time to eat dinner. We weren’t seated until a half hour after our reservation time had passed, and also waited another 45+ minutes to receive our food after we ordered. Because of such long delays we had to take our food to go and even then were 20 minutes late to our next session. We were extremely displeased with this experience and hope this review helps others who are in town with any sort of schedule know to avoid dining at this location.

Don’t bother booking a reservation. Had a 6:00 reservation. Waited 15 mins to check in and then 30 more minutes watching those without reservations be seated. Eventually left after being told it would be at least 30 more minutes. Plenty of open tables the whole time.
