We had a great waitress and a great experience. She was very attentive. The food came out hot. One of the dishes was wrong, and they immediately corrected with it before I even noticed and gave us a whole meal for free as a result.

The wall of China chocolate cake is spectacular, rich and satisfying. It is large enough to be shared by 4. A delightful dessert to cap off my birthday. Must mention the Lychee Cosmo is addictive!!! Beware lol

I go to P.F. Chang’s a lot, and the food is always good, but we went to the one in Riverside Square, and it was not up to par. They brought out the appetizers with our dinner. The lo mein was dry and cold. The carrots were cold and mushy. The only good thing was the soup waitress. So disappointed!!

Let me just start my review by saying that the food was excellent. This is more about service and the general organizational skills of the restaurant. I brought my elderly mother to P.F. Chang’s because she likes it. She walks with a cane, and for some reason the hostess decides to walk us past so many empty tables and makes us walk completely across the other side of the restaurant. They should have a little compassion with an elderly person . Our server was friendly and we ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. We barely got our drinks and they were already there with our full dinner and no appetizers. We told the food runner we ordered appetizers we were not ready for our dinner. This person was completely confused and did not know what to do and we saw her walking around the restaurant with our food. We think our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer. It took about another 30 minutes for us to get our appetizers. Once we did, they were delicious. We then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our dinner because we were told that there are too many big tables and now we would have to wait and our server told us it would be a while. Again, once we received our dinner, it was excellent. A manager never came to our table. We never had correspondence with anyone else except our waitress. I think it’s a very unorganized location, but the food still holds up. I do not think I’ll be going back there anytime soon as there are other locations around.

Definitely over the last 2-3 years the restaurant has gone a bit downhill. Smaller portions masked by adding additional side dish (ie potatoes), quality definitely different, and price jacked up. This translates to yet another corporate run franchise trying to ink out as much profit as possible. I can handle all the food stuff that I criticized but not the price. Way too expensive given there are so many other options out there.

Another great time at PF Chang’s! I just love this restaurant so much! I could always count on the quality of food and service and atmosphere. They had some new things on the menu that were really delicious. Plus they have their staple items like lettuce, wraps, and fried tempura bananas with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert! Even if you think you’ve been there before you gotta go back again because this place is really good and there really are a lot of good Chinese restaurants around and I love this one!
