Really sad about our Father’s Day experience. Waitress was very absent, food was flavorless and the texture was very mealy. Don’t think we will be back for a while.

Family of 4 one meal came out 15 minutes before others , one meal was the correct and all drinks were empty several times . Took forever for the food to arrive . Service was not very good and the restaurant was not very busy. We love PF Chang’s and hate that we had a bad experience .

Food, service and ambience are always good here. It is one of my favorite places for lunch meetings. Quiet enough to have discussions. Attentive but not invasive service.

Pleasant lunch experience. The chicken lettuce wraps (appetizers) are addictive! We had a late lunch, the restaurant was less than half filled so noise levels were minimal, our server was helpful and knowledgeable, the ambiance pleasant and did I mention the lettuce wraps! Our entrees were enjoyed as well. Will return.

I don't understand the purpose of having reservations and still having to wait exactly 1 hour to be seated... Call the technology of being able to send several emails asking or reminding you of the reservation.... There should be an additional feature that allows the restaurant to text if it's going to be more than a 20 minute wait... For our first time experience I cannot say that I will make reservations again in this manner.

So yes Mother’s Day would be busy, but don’t take reservations if you can’t handle them. Waiting an hour for a table when we had a reservation is ridiculous.

been a while since i’ve visited p.f. chang’s. the updated menu was fairly tasty. table was a bit sticky. the most annoying thing was the waitress would bring out one entree every ~5 minutes. so we’re a table of 6 and you can imagine everyone waiting. patiently. same thing happened with our appetizers. all desserts came out at the same time though?

Our server was extremely slow getting to our table. We had been seated for 18 minutes before our order was taken. There was an issue with our order, but the server never explained what happened until we waited another 36 minutes and was being brought to the table. The food was delicious, but the service was not. Hospitality is the first taste of the restaurant.
