We do eat at PF Changs occasionally, unfortunately this was the worst service we have ever had. After about 8-10 minutes, a manager came over to offer us water and took our drink order. After several more minutes we had to tell the waitress we were ready to place our order. Watching her, she just wasn't efficient and didn't have many tables. Possibly wasn't trained well or waitressing just isn't her thing. Food was great as always!

The vegetable egg rolls were served quickly, and we hot and tasty. The overall service was good. The main dish was hot but unspectacular. The dish was vegetarian fried rice.

Whole place was very loud. Kids constantly screaming. Food was okay. After we were seated, our waitress came over and introduced herself and asked foe our drink order. After she left, she never came back to our table. A new man who was hard to understand and infrequently visited the table, mysteriously started waiting on our table with no explanation or introduction.

They were 30 minutes behind on reservations when we arrived and the host stand was a bit of a mess but the food was delicious and our waitress was great.

Had to wait for our table. Then we were placed close to the door and my wife froze. We asked to be moved. But were told they could not. Food was good. Service was good.

Loved the chicken lettuce wraps. Orange chicken has intense orange marmalade flavor. Boba drinks available. Ambience = dark, could do with more lighting.

Drinks were very slow, ordered 1 drink when we sat down and it didn't come till after our appetizers. Ordered another drink when our main entrees came and it took so long we cancelled it.
