The spring rolls were filled with hot oil pockets and the oil tasted like it was a bit burnt. The orange chicken was the same way - a little over cooked and oily. The chocolate martini was very good, but quite small - it was mostly foam at the top. There was a time when PF Changs stood out as a special place to eat - it no longer does.

The quality of PF Chang's food has deteriorated, and the price is high. The waiter was polite and attentive, but the lettuce wraps, that used to make PF Chang stand out have shrunk. No more various sauces and the lettuce leaves are very small. The entrees were good, but not as favorable as I remember. Noise was not a problem, but the dining room was sparsly attended.

I hadn’t been to PF Changs in a while and so we were looking fwd to it. When we arrived, the hostess couldn’t find our open table reservation. I had requested a booth, but they said it wasn’t available. Our server was very nice, but he was really busy as the place started to fill up. Took awhile to get straws, never got a refill on drink, etc. He was swamped. The hostess gave us menus, but no silverware napkins or plates, so when the appetizer came out, we didn’t have anything to eat it with. The restaurant plays music very loud, so if you don’t like a lot of noise, it might be too much. The food was ok, not quite the quality it used to be, and I don’t think worth the cost of the meal. $80 plus tip for 3 entrees, one of which was a kids meal, and 1 app (no adult drinks). I’m glad we had tried it again, but I don’t need to go back :-)

Always our favorite place for celebrations or get togethers. The food is delicious and so many varieties from which to choose. We will keep going there.

My 89 year old husband and I (81) were with our daughter and her husband tonight where we have been many times before. As we were finishing dinner, 2 managers ( Brie and Heather) asked us to leave because we were overheard to have made a racial remark. This NEVER happened but we were not allowed to ask who accused us or what the remark was. We were told that we have no rights. My husband and I are former educators and my daughter and her husband are 50 something professionals. We have always been respectful of people's ethnicity and would never make a disparaging remark about someone's race. Brie and Heather were very rude and adamant in their refusal to let us defend ourselves. This was a very unpleasant experience and of course we will never go there again. We felt like we were not in America. Very sad night.

Taken in order - water arrived promptly and our drink order was taken. It was then a 20 min wait for the drinks to arrive and then another 5 for the waiter to come take our food order. After another 20 min, our main courses arrived. The soup we ordered as an appetizer never arrived. One of the dishes we ordered was their new special - Orange Chicken and it was absolutely tasteless. The dish was just bland battered chicken with minimal vegetables - not even an undercurrent of orange flavor. When we complained, the waiter was apologetic about the soup and completely indifferent about the orange chicken. At the end of the meal, the waiter tried to give us the soup he didn't bring for take home. Nice gesture, but irrelevant since we had no ability to take it with us. The noise level was insanely loud with music (with a heavy bass beat) playing at a volume appropriate for a club. We were in a relatively quiet corner and ended up eating in silence because we could not have a conversation. This used to be a upscale chain restaurant. Now it appears to be living on its old reputation and not worth the visit or the prices. Just so you know, this is the first review I have written in years. The experience was so bad, I feel compelled to try to save someone else from having to go through it.

Took our grandson and his fiancé to dinner. Had the new special the food was excellent. The price was right and the young server who told us she had just started working there was excellent. I told her to get the manager for me. She looked a little sheepish, but I told her don’t worry, and I told the manager that she was a keeper as she was very good

My waitress name was Jazz and she provided above and beyond exceptional service which allowed my mother to have a wonderful 72nd Birthday. The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t what we thought it would be. Our server wasn’t very pleasant however we all have bad days. We were so excited to go. Our only experience was the one at Tropicana in Atlantic City. We loved it. The food at this location just wasn’t what we expected either. I don’t think we will be going back.
