Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. Our waitress was not attentive, the food was so so- which in the past it has been good.

The food was excellent and so was the service. The promotion of free lettuce wrap was wonderful and the food was not and delicious

Food & service was great. Was skeptical about the deal 19.99 and menu offered for that price but it was quite surprised as it was totally worth it.

PF Chang is starting to taste like mall court Asian food. It was just ok. Chang spicy chicken had a precooked taste. Not crispy or hot. Brown rice lukewarm. Edamame very good. Service personnel was nowhere to be found at times. No recognition of my sister’s birthday.

As first-time patrons at PF Chang’s, we were eager to experience the renowned Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, our visit left much to be desired. While the food quality was generally good, the service inconsistencies overshadowed our meal. Timing and Missing Drinks: Upon arrival, we ordered both appetizers and drinks. Only one appetizer arrived promptly, and no beverages were delivered. After a prolonged wait, three out of four drinks were served. The fourth took additional time, disrupting our dining experience. The second appetizer arrived while we were still waiting for the missing drink. The timing could have been more consistent and affected our enjoyment. Dessert Dilemma: To our surprise, the dessert we ordered was not included in the price fixe dinner package, despite being listed on the menu. Our server confidently insisted it was not part of the package, leading to an uncomfortable conversation. Eventually, she apologized and clarified that the dessert was indeed included, contradicting her initial statement. Overall Impression: We left PF Chang’s feeling overlooked and forgotten. The service battle overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable meal. As first-time guests, this experience left us with a poor impression, which could have been better. While we appreciate the food quality, we hope PF Chang’s addresses these service issues to provide consistent and exceptional dining experiences.
